Our Human CK-MB ELISA Kit specifically detects the CK-MB form of Creatine Kinase in serum or plasma samples as well as in lysates. The kit does not detect the CK-MM or CK-BB isotypes. Each kit provides sufficient reagents for 96 wells including standards and unknown samples.

  • Shipping temperature: 2 parts: 1 RT / 1 Blue Ice
  • Storage temperature: Upon receipt, aliquot and store the Human CK-MB Standard at -20ºC to avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Store all other components at 4ºC.
