What is the delivery time for products?
Our delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks for products that are not custom made, made-to-order, or on backorder. However, this is merely an indicative lead time, as unexpected delays due to production, transportation, or import issues may occur.
How long does it take for custom products?
For custom-made products or products that are produced or assembled when ordered, the lead time may vary depending on the specifics of the product. These products typically have a longer lead time, ranging from several weeks to a few months.
What are the indicative lead times for custom-made products?
- Stock products: 1-2 business days
- Regular non-stock products: 1-2 weeks
- Custom made recombinant proteins: 4-8 weeks
- Custom production of polyclonal antibodies: 12-14 weeks
- Custom production of monoclonal antibodies: 15-17 weeks
- Made-to-order recombinant antibodies: 6-8 weeks
- ELISA kits assembled when ordered: 2-4 weeks
What shipping companies do you use?
Generally, we use UPS for European countries and FedEx for overseas deliveries. For hazardous goods, we may utilize other logistics companies such as Schenker.
Can I use my own account for shipping?
Yes, if you wish to use your own shipping account, please mention so in the purchase order and provide your account number and the logistics company name.
What are your shipping fees?
Shipping fees are set at a flat rate for each country and will be clearly mentioned in each quotation. For bulky or heavy packages, additional charges may apply.
Do you ship with dry ice?
Some products require dry ice for shipping, and this will incur additional fees. Please note that dry ice shipments may not be possible in certain locations due to long transit times or legal restrictions.
Who is responsible for customs clearance?
Customers outside of the EU, UK, or USA are responsible for customs clearance and any taxes or fees associated with the import of goods. Genprice will provide necessary documentation for import but it is the customer's responsibility to inform us if additional documents are needed.
